Every order is crafted, packed, and fulfilled with care — often by hand and always with intention. While we strive to honor our projected processing timeframes, please understand that on rare occasions, slight delays may occur.
This is not due to neglect, but rather the nature of our work: small-batch, detail-focused, and aligned with quality over haste. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure each order receives the attention it deserves.

The Journey & Responsibility

Once your order leaves our studio and enters the care of the courier (USPS), it is considered fulfilled on our end. All packages are insured through USPS for the full value of the order. If a package is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, it is the responsibility of the recipient to file a claim directly with USPS.

We are happy to provide any documentation required to assist in the claims process (such as proof of shipment or invoice), but we cannot initiate the claim on your behalf.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — The Arcanum is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered or incomplete address.
Shipping Domestic

Shipping rates are calculated based on packaging and service selected at checkout. Domestic orders over $100 may qualify for complimentary shipping. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information to follow your parcel’s journey.

Shipping International
​
We offer international shipping to most countries. Rates and customs duties vary and are the responsibility of the recipient. International transit times are subject to customs processing and local delivery systems beyond our control.

Returns & Order Accuracy

All sales are final. Each item is crafted and packed with care, and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Replacements or refunds are only granted if an error occurs on our end. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
If your item is damaged in transit, email us within 3 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assess and support you to the best of our ability. Domestic shipments are insured through USPS; claims for damage must be processed through them.
